Main Stage Auditions:
Preliminary inquiries for auditions should be made via regular mail. The artist will be contacted if an audition is deemed appropriate. Enclose a press packet which includes:

  • Headshot
  • Bio
  • Resume
  • Audio or video representation of the artist

Opera Tampa Chorus Auditions
THE STRAZ CENTER’S FULLY PROFESSIONAL, PAID OPERA CHORUS

Under the direction of Chorus Master Robin Stamper and Opera Tampa’s world-renowned Artistic Director and Conductor Daniel Lipton.

Perform on the prestigious stages of the Straz Center: Carol Morsani Hall and Ferguson Hall.
Looking for professional, experienced male and female singers with a commitment to excellence.

Mon., April 22, 6-10 PM
Tues., April 23, 6-10 PM

Singers will present two contrasting art songs or arias; one in a foreign language, preferably in French, but not required. Singers who are candidates for the chorus must be able to read music and show good sound quality, intonation, language skills and professionalism.
