• How many people do I need to make a group?
Group minimums vary by show, but are generally between 10 and 15 people.
  • How do I order group tickets?

  • Do we have to buy tickets in the same price level?
No. One of your group benefits is that you may sit in different price levels and receive the discounted group pricing.
  • Can we order and pay for our tickets separately?
We ask that a Group Leader is designated to coordinate the group and make one final payment.
  • What forms of payment does the Straz accept?
We accept all major credit cards and business checks. Check must be in a month before the performance.
  • What if I need to cancel my group?
Tickets cannot be returned once purchased. Refunds or exchanges are not possible after your purchase is final; however prior to final payment, you are able to adjust your group count.
  • What if I need to add tickets to my order?
You may add to your order until the last business day prior to the show pending availability.  We cannot guarantee that seating will be available with or near your group, or in the same price level.
  • How and when will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be mailed up to 10 days before your show date; any tickets purchased after will automatically be placed at Will Call for pickup. Full payment is required before tickers will be printed and mailed. 
  • Can you accommodate guest with special needs?
We are able to accommodate guests with limited mobility, hearing or visual impairments, or those who require wheelchair assistance. Let us know of any special considerations in advance of your show date.
